Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Version: 2026-10-v1
1. Who is responsible for your information
AI Consultant SL (Québec enterprise number 2281948382), Mascouche, Québec, is responsible for the personal information collected on this website.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information: Stéphane Laforest, confidentialite@aiconsultantsl.com.
2. What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect:
- your name and company name;
- your email address and phone number;
- your industry and team size;
- your message, if you choose to provide it;
- for the construction form, the package and monthly plan you choose;
- for an AI Consulting request, proof of your consent: the date and time, and the version of this policy.
Only with your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for audience measurement: page views, clicks on the booking buttons and successful form submissions. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, which last up to 2 years and link your visits to a pseudonymized identifier. We do not use it for advertising: Google signals are disabled and no user ID is sent.
Google Analytics loads only after you give your consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page, which deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
We do not ask for any sensitive information (health, financial, identity documents).
3. Why we use it
Only to:
- contact you about your call or audit request;
- manage that request and, if you proceed, prepare our work together;
- keep proof of your consent;
- measure the site's audience, with your consent.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and process requests. They only access the information for that service:
- Airtable (request storage), in the United States;
- n8n (processing automation), self-hosted with Hetzner;
- Vercel (website hosting);
- Google Analytics, from Google LLC (audience measurement, with your consent);
- Google Workspace (email);
- Google (SMTP mail service), to send emails: the information from the forms is shared with Google for internal notification.
5. Transfers outside Québec
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Québec, including in the United States and Europe. Google Analytics data is processed by Google in the United States. A privacy impact assessment was carried out before the forms were put into service, including for the communication of information outside Québec, and we ensure the information receives adequate protection.
6. How long we keep it
When your request is not followed up, we keep it for 24 months after our last contact, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask for earlier deletion by writing to confidentialite@aiconsultantsl.com.
Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months.
7. Your rights
At any time, you may:
- request access to the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it;
- withdraw your consent;
- request a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
Write to the person in charge (section 1). We respond within 30 days at most.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the person in charge, and two-factor authentication on the Airtable, Vercel and Google accounts. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned, and we keep an incident register.
9. Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact us or file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
